Moeve Agrees to Transfer Algerian Oil and Gas Interests to Pertamina

On 4 November, Spanish energy company Moeve agreed to sell its minority interests in three Algerian onshore oilfields—Rhourde el Khrouf, Bir el Msana and Ourhoud—and its minority stake in the Timimoun gas field to Indonesia’s Pertamina. The financial consideration was not disclosed, and completion remains subject to the transaction process. The deal creates opportunities for energy investors, corporate finance advisers and oilfield service providers.
