Kazakhstan Advances $115 Billion Data Centre Valley Investment Pipeline

On 6 November, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov reviewed progress on the Data Centre Valley project in Pavlodar, where the first phase includes three facilities with a combined capacity of 304 MW. KPMG estimates potential investment over the data centres’ 20-year operating lifespan at $115 billion, while projected annual export revenue could reach $3.1 billion. These are estimates, not confirmed earnings. This creates opportunities for power infrastructure contractors, cooling-system manufacturers, data-centre suppliers and engineering firms; HPC can support technical sourcing and international project partnerships.
